The professionals add the services they offer with respective duration. In this case you might find for example one is doing the same service for a shorter time than the other. This does not mean that the faster professional is not doing a good job.
The sales terms and conditions apply. An appointment can be cancelled 2 hours in advance with no charges. If cancelled within 1 hour there will be a 50% refund of the total booking fee, and if cancelled within 30minutes, no refund will be done. NB: One can change the appointment before the scheduled timeslots to avoid penalties. Refer to terms and conditions.

Your pro will need to create a profile in AfroUrembo app. This will mean he/she has put all the services they offer and respective prices and finally you can be able to access their profiles, calendars and book. It is that easy.
Your beauty professional can wait for half of the scheduled appointment time, for example, if you booked a make-up appointment, the professional can wait up to 30 minutes for you. Please note that the end time of your appointment remains the same and the beauty professional will do as much as they can for you in the allotted time. If you would like to extend the time the beauty professional is there and will advice accordingly.
